We are distributors of FMCG products in Akluj, we deal with multiple shops and retail stores across Maharashtra, as of now we are looking to hire candidate for Bill Executives to manage our retail accounting work. Kindly review job details to know job duty to manage counter billing work at Akluj store .
Description of Work:
- Creating and issuing invoices to our Retail customers and Shop owners of Akluj.
- Processing credit memos and payments.
- Collection of Cash and Cheques and credit to customer accounts,
- Preparing account statements for Akluj customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering Maharashtra customer queries.
- Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
