Job Details 

We are distributors of FMCG products in Fatehgarh Sahib, we deal with multiple shops and retail stores across Punjab, as of now we are looking to hire candidate for Bill Executives to manage our retail accounting work. Kindly review job details to know job duty to manage counter billing work at Fatehgarh Sahib store .

Description of Work:

• Creating and issuing invoices to our Retail customers and Shop owners of Fatehgarh Sahib.
• Processing credit memos and payments.
• Collection of Cash and Cheques and credit to customer accounts,
• Preparing account statements for Fatehgarh Sahib customers.
• Following up on outstanding payments and answering Punjab customer queries.
• Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
