Job Details 

We are distributors of FMCG products in Kala Sangian, we deal with multiple shops and retail stores across Punjab, as of now we are looking to hire candidate for Bill Executives to manage our retail accounting work. Kindly review job details to know job duty to manage counter billing work at Kala Sangian store .

Description of Work:

• Creating and issuing invoices to our Retail customers and Shop owners of Kala Sangian.
• Processing credit memos and payments.
• Collection of Cash and Cheques and credit to customer accounts,
• Preparing account statements for Kala Sangian customers.
• Following up on outstanding payments and answering Punjab customer queries.
• Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.

• Any 12^th pass candidate who have knowledge of Accounting and Billing can apply
