About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to support our daily operations in Alappuzha. This role requires an organized individual who can efficiently manage various administrative tasks while ensuring smooth backend processes. Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and providing essential support to our team.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Alappuzha drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
