About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive in Amritsar to support our daily operations. This role involves managing various backend tasks, ensuring efficiency and organization in our processes. The ideal candidate should be responsible and capable of working independently, while also being a team player.

Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. This position offers a full-time or part-time opportunity, with a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000. The role is in-person, allowing for direct collaboration with the team.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Amritsar drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

  • Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
