About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Bangalore, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day backend operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking an organized individual who can work independently and is comfortable handling various operational tasks.
While prior experience in administrative or operations roles is advantageous, we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and contribute. This is a full-time or part-time position, offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
This role requires you to work on-site in Bangalore, allowing you to collaborate closely with the rest of the team. If you are looking to jumpstart your career in the back-office sector, this opportunity is perfect for you.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Bangalore drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
