About the role

The Back Office Executive role in Bhopal involves managing essential backend operations that support the organization's daily functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while efficiently handling various administrative tasks. Experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

This position offers a full-time or part-time opportunity, with a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. Working on-site, you will be integral to ensuring smooth operational processes and contributing to the overall success of the team.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Bhopal drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
