About the role

The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's backend processes. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can efficiently manage daily tasks with minimal supervision. You will be involved in various administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and supporting other team members as needed.

Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, although motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, offering a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Bikaner drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
