About the role

As a Back Office Executive in Bilaspur, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, processing documents, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while maintaining a high level of organization.

Experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to the smooth functioning of our company. This position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Bilaspur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
