About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive in Chandigarh to efficiently manage daily backend operations. This role requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently while contributing to team success. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience in administrative or operational roles is beneficial, though motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. The position offers full-time and part-time options, with a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000, depending on experience. This is an in-person role, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Chandigarh drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
