About the role
The Back Office Executive role in Chennai involves managing essential backend operations to support the overall efficiency of the company. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently while ensuring smooth operational processes.
Key responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting in various operational functions. Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Chennai drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
