About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive in Coimbatore to support our daily operations. This role involves managing various backend tasks, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. A successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work.
Experience in administrative or operational roles is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from motivated freshers who are eager to learn. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for data entry, managing records, and assisting with various office tasks to enhance productivity.
This position offers a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, with the opportunity for growth and development within the company. Join us in this full-time or part-time role and contribute to our team's success.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Coimbatore drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Good communication skills (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
