About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Dharamshala, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day backend operations of our company. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include processing documentation, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Experience in administrative or operational roles is an advantage, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well.
We offer a full-time or part-time opportunity with a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. This is an on-site position, allowing you to collaborate closely with our team and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Dharamshala drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
