About the role

As a Back Office Executive in Guwahati, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily backend operations of our company. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, processing data, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

We welcome candidates with prior experience in administration or operations, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Guwahati drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
