About the role
As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various departments to enhance productivity. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Indore drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
