About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily operations in Jabalpur. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in organization and can work independently to manage various administrative tasks. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our backend processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating with different departments, and assisting in data entry and record keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
While experience in administrative roles is advantageous, we also encourage motivated freshers to apply. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Jabalpur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
