About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Jammu, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily backend processes. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting various departments as needed. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle multiple tasks while working independently.
Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While prior experience in administration or operations is advantageous, we also welcome motivated freshers eager to learn and grow in this role. Your ability to adapt and work collaboratively will contribute significantly to our team.
This position offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. Join us in a full-time or part-time capacity, and become an integral part of our team in Jammu.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Jammu drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
