About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's backend processes. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative or operations roles, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.
As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with daily operational needs. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, with a salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Kolhapur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
