About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to support our daily operations in Mancherial. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our backend processes, and it requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently. Successful candidates will handle a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency of our organization.
While experience in administration or operations is advantageous, we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this field. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting our team in various operational activities.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Mancherial drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
