About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Mysore, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our backend processes. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate records to support daily operations.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are also welcome to apply. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience, and provide a full-time or part-time work schedule. Join us in our Mysore office and contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Mysore drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
