About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to support our daily operations in Nashik. This role involves managing various backend tasks, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsible, and capable of working independently while also being a team player.
Experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining the workflow and supporting other departments as needed.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Nashik drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
