About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily backend processes. This position requires an organized individual who can efficiently manage various administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining records, processing documentation, and supporting overall office operations.
Experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, though we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this field. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Sangamner drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
