About the role

The Back Office Executive role in Siliguri involves managing essential backend operations to support the company's daily activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while ensuring smooth workflow processes.

Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with various operational functions. Previous experience in administrative or operations roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. Working in a collaborative environment, you will play a key role in the efficiency of our operations.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Siliguri drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
