About the role

The Back Office Executive role in Vadodara is essential for managing daily backend operations efficiently. Ideal candidates are organized, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. In this position, you will support various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.

Experience in administrative or operations roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. This full-time or part-time position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. Successful candidates will work on-site, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Vadodara drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
