About the role
The Back Office Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily backend processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
Key responsibilities include handling documentation, maintaining records, and supporting various departments with their operational needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. This full-time position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, with on-site work in Yavatmal.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Yavatmal drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
