About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate for our Client Experience team in Agra. This role is essential in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in the logistics sector. As a fresh graduate, you will be expected to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions to improve their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about the logistics industry. You will work closely with experienced team members to develop your skills and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional client service.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Agra clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Agra if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Agra Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Agra will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
