About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience at our Anand location. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from any stream, eager to work in the dynamic logistics industry. This role involves engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing exceptional service.
As an Associate, you will assist in managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in a reputable company.
With a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, this role provides a platform for growth and development in the logistics sector. Freshers are encouraged to apply and become part of our dedicated team.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Anand clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Anand if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Anand Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Anand will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
