About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate to enhance the client experience in Anantapur. This role involves engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing support throughout their interaction with our logistics services. As an Associate in Client Experience, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Anantapur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Anantapur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Anantapur Andhra Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Anantapur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
