About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Aurangabad. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our logistics services.
We are looking for fresh graduates from any field who are eager to begin their career in the dynamic logistics industry. You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Aurangabad clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Aurangabad if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Aurangabad Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Aurangabad will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
