About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate to enhance the client experience in Bardoli. As part of our Client Relationship department, you will engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their queries addressed promptly. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their careers in the logistics industry.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for assisting clients throughout their journey with our services, contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bardoli clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bardoli if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bardoli Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bardoli will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
