About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Bhandara. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You will engage with clients, address their inquiries, and provide support to foster long-lasting relationships.
This position is ideal for recent graduates from any stream who are eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and gain valuable insights into client management and industry practices.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bhandara clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bhandara if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bhandara Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bhandara will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
