About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Bharuch within the logistics industry. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from any stream, eager to start a career in a dynamic environment.
As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients and addressing their inquiries effectively. The position offers opportunities for freshers to gain valuable experience in the logistics sector while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bharuch clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bharuch if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bharuch Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bharuch will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
