About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Bhiwani. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. As a key member of our Client Relationship department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude, ready to engage with clients and address their needs effectively. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the logistics sector.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bhiwani clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bhiwani if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bhiwani Haryana.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bhiwani will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
