About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where your primary responsibility will be to enhance the overall experience of our clients in Bijapur. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their careers in the logistics industry.
As an Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. You will work closely with the Client Relationship team to ensure that our clients receive timely support and solutions to their inquiries.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bijapur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bijapur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bijapur Karnataka.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bijapur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
