About the role
We are seeking an Associate for Client Experience in Bokaro who will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate from any stream, eager to contribute to a dynamic team in the growing logistics industry.
As an Associate, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, ensuring timely communication, and providing support to enhance client satisfaction. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in client relationship management while working in a fast-paced environment.
We welcome fresh graduates who are motivated to learn and grow within the logistics field. A competitive salary package ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month is offered, along with the chance to build a rewarding career in a key industry.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bokaro clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bokaro if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bokaro Jharkhand.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bokaro will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
