About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing client interactions within the logistics sector. As a key member of our Client Relationship department, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

This position is based in Bolangir, and we welcome freshers to apply. With a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, this role offers a great starting point for those looking to build a career in logistics.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bolangir clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bolangir if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bolangir Odisha.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bolangir will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
