About the role
We are seeking a Client Experience Associate in Chandrapur to enhance our clients' interactions and satisfaction within the logistics sector. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate from any field, eager to contribute to a dynamic team in a leading logistics company.
As an Associate, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to kickstart their careers in the logistics industry.
We provide a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Chandrapur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Chandrapur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Chandrapur Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Chandrapur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
