About the role

As an Associate, you will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
This role offers a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month, and freshers are encouraged to apply. If you are a graduate with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Dhanbad clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Dhanbad if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Dhanbad Jharkhand.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Dhanbad will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
