About the role

As an Associate, you will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities may include responding to client inquiries, providing support for logistics solutions, and collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Digboi clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Digboi if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Digboi Assam.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Digboi will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
