About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Gajraula within the logistics sector. In this role, you will engage with clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met effectively. A successful candidate will be a recent graduate, ready to contribute to a dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include supporting client interactions, providing information about services, and assisting in resolving any issues that arise. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced logistics industry.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Gajraula clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Gajraula if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Gajraula Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Gajraula will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
