About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the satisfaction of our clients in Gandhinagar. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from any stream, eager to learn and grow within the logistics industry. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in client interaction and problem-solving while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, with the potential for growth as you gain experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply and start their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Gandhinagar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Gandhinagar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Gandhinagar Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Gandhinagar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
