About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to enhance the client experience in Ghazipur. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the logistics sector.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Ghazipur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Ghazipur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Ghazipur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
