About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Gopalganj. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the operational needs of the team.

This position offers a salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, providing opportunities for career advancement and skill development within the logistics sector.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Gopalganj clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Gopalganj if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Gopalganj Bihar.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Gopalganj will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
