We are at Delhivery hiring an Associate (Graduate Fresher) to up bound Experience of our clients in Haldia , ideal candidate should be graduated from any stream and ready to work in leading logistic industry.

What you'll do

  • Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
  • Managing the payable for the allocated clients
  • Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
  • Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
  • Monitoring day to day operations
  • Resolving Haldia clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
  • Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
  • Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
  • Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
  • Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
  • Should be ready to relocate to Haldia if needed.

What you'll need

  • Anyone with graduate degree
  • Fresher with all marksheet of education
  • Aware with area codes of Haldia West Bengal.
  • Basic Knowledge of use of computer
  • Good communication skill
  • Bit exposer handling of team
  • If local from Haldia will get first choice
  • If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
