About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the journey of our clients in Hassan. As a vital part of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction within the logistics industry.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, along with the chance to work in a leading logistics company. Freshers are encouraged to apply and start their professional journey with us.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Hassan clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Hassan if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Hassan Karnataka.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Hassan will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
