About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our Client Experience team in Hissar. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall experience of our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Freshers are welcome to apply, and we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude as much as experience. This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Hissar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Hissar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Hissar Haryana.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Hissar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
