About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance client experience in Hoshiarpur. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will assist in managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
The successful candidate will have a background in any stream of study and a strong willingness to learn. You will work closely with team members to address client needs and contribute to a positive client experience.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month. Freshers are encouraged to apply, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the dynamic world of logistics.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Hoshiarpur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Hoshiarpur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Hoshiarpur Punjab.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Hoshiarpur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
