About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a vital role in enhancing client interactions and ensuring satisfaction within the logistics sector. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and contribute to a positive experience. You will work closely with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Hosur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Hosur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Hosur Tamil Nadu.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Hosur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
