About the role
Join a dynamic team as an Associate in Client Experience, where your role will focus on enhancing the overall experience for our clients in the logistics sector. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with their inquiries, providing timely solutions, and maintaining strong relationships. This position is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Indore clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Indore if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Indore Madhya Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Indore will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
