About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the interactions our clients have with our services. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are recent graduates ready to embark on a career in the logistics industry. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience.
As an Associate, you will work closely with our Client Relationship department, gaining valuable insights into the logistics sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to client satisfaction. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Jalandhar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Jalandhar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Jalandhar Punjab.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Jalandhar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
